§ 01 · Terms of use

Using this site

This site is run by Jonathan Ramalho, trading as The Longevity Network. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Education, not medical advice. The Bootcamp, the workshops, the film and everything on this site are education and coaching. They are not therapy, medical advice or medical treatment, and Jonathan Ramalho is not a doctor, a therapist or a dietitian. Never stop, start or change a medication or treatment because of anything here. Talk to your doctor first.

Buying the Bootcamp. No payment is taken on this site. Price, terms and the Recode Guarantee are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Content. The words, images, film stills and materials on this site belong to The Longevity Network or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. People who appear in the film have no involvement in, or endorsement of, the Bootcamp or the workshops.

Links and liability. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. We work to keep this site accurate and available, but cannot promise it is always error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

§ 02 · Privacy notice

Your details

Who is responsible. Jonathan Ramalho, trading as The Longevity Network, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. Contact: the contact page.

What we collect, and why. Only what you type into a form:

  • Film request, pop-up and starter pack: your first name and email, to send you what you asked for. If you tick the box, occasional emails about the Bootcamp, workshops and screenings.
  • Application (Book a call): your name, email, role and answers, to assess fit and arrange your call.
  • Contact, workshop and screening forms: your details and message, to reply.
  • Film review: your rating, words, first name, town and email. Your words, rating, first name and town are quoted on this site or social media only if you tick the box allowing it. Your email is never shown.

Lawful basis. Your consent for marketing emails and for quoting your review; steps you ask us to take before a contract for applications; our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time.

What we do not do. No tracking or advertising cookies, no selling or sharing your data for marketing. Please do not send health information through any form.

Small things your browser keeps. This site remembers, in your own browser only, whether you closed the film pop-up, and which link brought you here during your visit. When a button such as Book a call is clicked, a counter records the event, the date and the source of the visit; it holds no name, cookie or personal identifier.

Who processes it. Netlify (website hosting and forms, with data stored in the United States under standard contractual safeguards); Google (Google Meet for calls, and the fonts on this site, which receive your IP address when a page loads); Cloudflare (delivery of a page animation script).

How long we keep it. Enquiries and applications for up to 24 months, or for as long as you are a client. Marketing consent until you unsubscribe. Reviews until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, through the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
